Listening and Reading are marked against the answer key the way the real papers are, with the official conventions for spelling, word limits and alternative answers, and the band comes from the official conversion table. Speaking and Writing are marked by an AI examiner anchored to the public band descriptors for each criterion. All bands are practice estimates, not official IELTS results.

Every AI tool is free to use with daily limits, and the band calculators, the IELTS guide library, the vocabulary collections and the pronunciation sound library have no limits at all. None of that needs an account. Speaking and Writing bands are AI estimates anchored to the public band descriptors; they are applied consistently from sitting to sitting, which is what makes them useful for finding weaknesses and tracking progress. No practice tool can guarantee what a human examiner will award on test day.
