Refund Policy
Read how SpeakMetry handles refunds for subscriptions, top-up credits, and billing exceptions.
We offer a 7-day refund on your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund within this window contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and we will process it within 5 business days.
After 7 days subscription payments are non-refundable. Subsequent renewal payments are non-refundable.
Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
If you have not used any of the purchased credits and believe you were charged in error, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will review your case.
If you were charged due to a technical error on our part, or if the Service was unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

- Your registered email address.
- The date of the charge.
- The reason for your request.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
