Terms of Service

By accessing or using SpeakMetry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SpeakMetry provides an AI-powered IELTS Speaking mock exam platform. Users can take simulated speaking exams, receive automated band scores, and receive AI-generated feedback.

The Service is intended for practice purposes only. SpeakMetry is not affiliated with the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English, and use of this Service does not guarantee any particular score on an official IELTS examination.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per user; account sharing is not permitted.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. By subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

Top-up credits are one-time purchases of additional mock exam sessions.

Top-up credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely. Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased except as required by applicable law.

Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of mock exam sessions per month.

Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period. Unused monthly sessions do not carry over to the next period.

Each account is for use by a single individual only. You may not share your account credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of credential sharing or automated abuse.

A session is deducted from your balance when an exam session is successfully started.

If you close the browser or lose connection after a session has started, the session will be counted as used. We recommend ensuring a stable internet connection before starting a session.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the period ends.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Paddle, as our merchant of record, manages all payment disputes and refund requests.

All content on the Service, including the AI examiner, scoring system, feedback reports, and interface, is the property of SpeakMetry.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

SpeakMetry does not warrant that band scores produced by the AI examiner will match scores on any official IELTS examination. AI-generated feedback is for practice guidance only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakMetry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will notify users of material changes by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
