    A friend in another country has written to say that they are thinking of coming to study in your country, and has asked for your advice.

    Write a letter to your friend. In your letter

    say what you think of the idea

    give advice about where to study and where to live

    offer to help with the arrangements

    Write at least 150 words.

    You do NOT need to write any addresses.

    Write about the following topic:

    Some people think that university education should be paid for by the government. Others believe that students themselves should meet the cost of their studies.

    Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

    Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

    Write at least 250 words.
